Adapt and Overcome is a mantra for all Ag Teacher! I am glad you are seeing the importance of Flexibility. Advance planning of your instruction allows us to have more flexibility.
Do remember our saying, "Cat's cover things in litter boxes, we are hear to help students LEARN", so let's not just 'get through things'. Holly was point on for avoiding "checkmarks"
One or two times due to new schedules of being tardy is showing kindness/patience, if it were to continue to happen...we might be getting taken advantaged of!
